South Beach Travel Tips
By Teri Champigny

South Beach Travel Tips says it all - here you will find all sorts of information for perfect holidays and great vacations in South Beach, Florida!
Without a doubt, South Beach is our favorite winter travel destination - when it's cold, snowy and miserable at home in Canada, we know we'll find the beautiful beach, beautiful people and fantasic shopping district warm and inviting. For example, we took this picture in February 2007, when the tempurature was in the high 80's F (30+ C).
Since South Beach isn't shown on most maps of Florida that we have seen, I should start by telling you that it is the southernmost part of the world-famous Miami Beach, stretching North along Ocean Blvd. and Collins Ave. for a few miles from the Port of Miami. A few miles of absolute heaven, from the park and beach along the Atlantic Ocean to the fantastic shops along Collins Ave., we just can't get enough of South Beach!
Within a couple of years you'll be able to find us doing our glamour photography and Internet Marketing from South Beach all winter, but for now we'll just have to make do with a variety of holidays to South Beach. Still, there is something to be said for staying at the Art Deco hotels along Ocean Blvd. that we will miss once we buy our condo in South Beach. A day that starts by waking up in the Starlight Hotel, swimming in the ocean, then grabbing a banana malt shake from Johnny Rockets for breakfast just can't be beat! Follow it up with a mini-spree at Ralph Lauren and Kenneth Cole, then dinner at one of the street-side cafés in front of the hotels on Ocean Blvd. and you'll have experienced the magic that is South Beach, Florida, USA.
We already have Myrtle Beach Travel Tips, Jamaica Travel Tips and the all-encompassing Florida Travel Tips, but because of it's beauty, charm and elegance, we proudly present South Beach Travel Tips to help you get the most out of your South Beach vacations and/or South Beach holidays. Enjoy the site!
All our best,
Teri & Doug Champigny.
